We have a designer clothing shop in the Historic Town of Conwy North Wales and have been trading since 2003.

We Only accept paypal as payment. We may sometimes accept a alternative payment only if you contact us first and we agree to it before buying the item.
Shipping
UK Postage Information:
We still dispatch our items usually the same day if the order is received before 4pm.
2nd Class Signed For which take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
If you do need the item sooner we do still offer 1st Class Signed For and Special Delivery (Delivered by 1pm the next day) on checkout at a extra cost. The choice is yours

We use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery service

Worldwide Delivery:

Europe and worldwide delivery times can take up to 10 working days to arrive, again if you haven’t received your item get in touch and we will check the progress of the delivery.

If you live in the UK and have not received your item within 4 working days of payment clearing you can give us a shout and we will look it up.
Delivery of your winning auction will be within 3 working days of receiving payment. For delivery times please see above.
Winning auctions paid by postal orders or cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Cheques will take 5 working days to clear.

Returns Policy
We have an 14 Day return policy on all Unworn, items purchased.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, colour or style if preferred.
Any refunds will be minus original postage & packaging costs.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.
