All shoes are inspected by our specialist, then brought into the office and re inspected by our listers. All items are described to the best of our abilities. New: Brand New In Box With Original Tags And Packaging.

New Without Box: A Brand New Item That Was Either A Floor Model Or A Shelf Pull. May Contain Minor Scuffs Or Dirt From Being Tried On Or Being Stored In A Large Box With Other Loose Pairs Of Shoes.

Used/Preowned: An Item That has Previously Been Worn, Still In Good Condition, And Will Function With Everyday Wear. Shoes May Have Minor Cosmetic Issues.

Fair Condition: An Item That Is Not In The Best Of Condition, But Still Has Some Life Left In Them. May contain Pulls, Rips, Tears, Cracks, And Show Heavy Wear.

Defect: An Item That Has Some Kind Of Flaw Or Damage That Will Be Noted In The Items Description.

Payment

Pay with your credit card through PayPal.

All in state residents within our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

Returns are accepted on all items sold and will be processed as a refund through Paypal. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received (with tags attached, new in box, etc.). It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was the wrong item or grossly misrepresented in the auction description.
