Q.How long is your shipping time?

A.Item will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of the auction payment. Shipment normally takes 15-25 Working days to most US / AU / EU destinations. Exact delivery days varies by different countries. Please make sure the shipping address provided by PayPal is correct. If you don't receive it beyond 25 days , please inquire your local post to check your parcel and tell us.

If any item is defected upon receipt, please send ebay message for returning instruction.  Return of goods is accepted within 7 days after item is received from buyer.

Returned item must be in its original condition.  Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs.

After receiving the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched depends on stock availability.

The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumable, and damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, act of God, or other mis-use.
