You will receive TWO tapers with double "o" rings in the size that you choose. The size indicates the size that you want to stretch up to. For example, to stretch your ears to 1/2", you want to buy the 1/2" tapers.
Use the tapers to help insert larger gauge jewelry for an almost painless stretching experience. For easier insertion, lube the taper up with a water-based lubricant such as KY Jelly.
