This basket filter should fit most 8 -10 cup coffee makers that take a regular paper filter. It is my understanding this filter works best when making 8 cups or less.  Measurements are approximately 4 5/16" across the top and 3 3/16" across the bottom and 2 1/8" tall.  I have used a ruler so these are not exact, but they are as close as I can get. These filters are NEW. The filter in the picture is the filter I am selling - not a "stock" picture but a picture of the ACTUAL filter.
