Customer Service

I aim to provide excellent customer service, and great quality products at good prices. Please allow me 24 hours to respond to your email queries.

If there is a problem with your item, please do get in contact first to allow me a chance to resolve the problem before leaving feedback as I strive towards 100% customer satisfaction.

Postage

If you buy more than one item at one time please request a combined invoice to save you money. To request a combined invoice please either send me an ebay message or request a combined invoice. Items are sent daily, Monday to Saturday, most items are dispatched if payment is received before 4pm the same day (Monday to Friday).

Items sent in the UK usually arrive within a few days. However, please allow 2 weeks before reporting them as lost, then let me know if they have not arrived and I will resolve the issue.

Overseas items usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but please allow 4 weeks before reporting them as lost.

If you wish an alternative method of postage such as recorded or special delivery please contact me for cost.

Payment

I am happy to accept paypal, cheques or postal orders.

International customers - paypal only.

If you make payment by postal order or cheque these will need to clear before the item is dispatched

Returns

Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of being received. Please note, postage will not be refunded.

For faulty items, I will also refund postage.
