Used Harley Davidson Black & Chrome Agitator 19" x 3.5 front wheel.  This has 11.8 Diameter rotors. This has a 130/60-19 Tire

These will fit 2008-2017 HD Touring

This wheel is a ABS wheel.

You may change from ABS to Non-ABS by simply changing the one bearing,  that's all!!!

Wheels are in good condition.   please see pictures.

I do not know the mileage on the tread of the tire.  The picture shows the tread wear.
