I just want to say thank you for all of your business and trust. I completely welcome your questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability. I am a very communicative seller and if there is ever an issue with any item you've purchased, please contact me personally before leaving feedback. I am sure we can find a resolution together for any issue. I pride myself on my Ebay reputation as an honest seller. Most of my items I sell are either sale items from high end department stores, overstocks, clearance/close-outs/sale items or discontinued/hard to find items that are new or new without tags. Lane Bryant usually marks their returned items or closeout items through the inside tag to avoid customer attempts to return to their retail stores for full credit. I will work with you in any way I can, but please don't take advantage of that. I am a small seller--just me doing it all--who takes care of my parents full time and is just trying to pay the bills like many of you. I purchase my items from retailers--not wholesalers like many of the bigger sellers on Ebay do--so I don't have the profit margin to work with like many others and remember--I'm not a department store. Since I do it all, I really appreciate your patience if an issue arises with me/my parents where I can't ship immediately/same day. Thank you all so so much!!.
