Aston Spirit Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone
The Aston Spirit is a high-performance, switchable pattern, microphone utilising a 1 inch gold evaporated capsule.
The Spirit is designed to deliver a beautifully open sound with sparkling harmonics. This highly accurate micro- phone gives a stunningly natural and transparent recording, capturing all the detail in the high range but without adding the harshness that some condenser microphones seem to.
A switch on the mic body selects from Omni, Cardioid or Figure-of-Eight polar patterns. It is versatile enough to use with most instruments and excels on acoustic guitar and vocals. Its hand-selected capsule is teamed with high-end transformer balanced circuitry using only the best components such as WIMA capacitors, the same devices you'll find in boutique microphones costing far more than the Spirit.

Aston Rycote Shockmount for Spirit and Origin Microphones
The Aston Rycote Custom is an InVision™ product which makes use of Rycote's patented vibration-resistant Lyre mount.
The Aston Rycote Custom's W-shaped Lyres are placed around a central mounting ring with a single fixing point specifically designed for the Aston Spirit and Origin microphones, allowing for incredibly quick and easy mounting.
Aston chose Rycote as their partner for shock mounts, because not only are they made in the UK, just like Aston mics, but they are indisputably the best mounts on the market today. The Aston Rycote Custom updates the concept of the microphone suspension for the 21st century, completely omitting any elasticated parts and using modern materials to create a virtually indestructible shock-mount with a performance that far outstrips that of the humble 'cat's cradle' suspension. In controlled tests at the Rycote factory, the Custom provided up to twice the isolation of traditional microphone suspension systems.
Finished in Aston colours this Custom mount makes the ideal accessory for use with the Origin and Spirit.

Shipping
We deliver all items, except items worth less than £30, by insured courier.
In most cases we can deliver items within a couple of working days. We will contact you should delivery be delayed. Exceptions may apply to non-mainland destinations, the very north of Scotland and non-UK destinations.
Before sending goods, we will contact you via email to let you know when we will be shipping and provide you with tracking information.
Most items are delivered on an overnight service ( 2-3 days for non-mainland UK and 3-5 days for mainland Europe ). If you are in the UK, but not on the mainland, a delivery surcharge may apply and the service may vary. This depends on item size and destination but for most items to Northern Ireland for instance, this surcharge is £10. For more details, please contact us.
