You may return this item for any reason!  All customers wishing to return an item must return it with in 30 days of receipt, in the same condition sent. There is no such thing as true uniform sizing yet, so different styles from the same brand can fit dramatically different.  It is NOT a defect when a shoe that you feel should fit but for some reason doesn't because  sizing varies between brands and styles and even season of manufacture of the shoe. We try very hard in the listing to give you the best information we have on fit and sizing but if in doubt, please feel free to ask for additional measurements before purchase. If there is an undocumented issue with the item please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases.
