Vintage Duncan-Miller Model 50 Parking Meter Restored with a nice fresh Painted Finish.

I've dealt with parking meters for more than 25 years, collecting, refurbishing, and restoring them.  

For the most part, I sell parking meter parts so others can restore their meters but occasionally I restore or refurbish one or two myself.

Prepped for painting, this meter received several coats of high quality paint, giving it a nice durable Satin Mint Green finish. See the pictures for the best example of how beautiful the paint is. 

This parking meter was painted on the inside just as it is on the outside.  

This parking meter is probably from the 1950's based on the  Miller Timer that accepts only pennies and nickels. 

This meter has got new Lexan lens, with original gaskets, along with new locks for the coin door and the coin box inside.

New Metal Instruction Plates on the front and the rear adorn this beauty.

A new asset tag was added as well.

The timer was cleaned and lubricated and works very well, accepting pennies and nickels. When the time runs down the flags operate just as they should.
