Daily postings. All items will be sent out SAME DAY if cleared payment is received by 3.30pm on any working day.

• 2nd Class Royal Mail (Approximately 3 working days to arrive)
• Next Day Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm (accept on a Saturday)

Every effort is taken to describe all items correctly. However, in the unlikely event that an item is misrepresented or is found to be faulty please contact us within 30 days and a REPLACEMENT will be offered. If the item is no longer in available then a FULL REFUND will be offered. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Returns of cosmetics is not permitted for hygiene reasons if you have any queries about the item you are buying please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' service before purchasing. A 30 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing or damaged in transit. Where possible the returned item will be replaced with the correct item and if that is not possible a refund will be issued.

All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received.
