Returns & Exchanges: Item must be returned within 30 days after purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL items returned unless the item is damaged. Refund will be given as money back less the 15% restocking fee and our original shipping fee even if the item offered free shipping. Items must be accompanied with original receipt, be Unused/Unopen and have a Return Authorization number from Outfitter Country. If item is defective a replacement will be shipped upon receipt of defective unit.
