Jaeger LeCoultre

Standard Unteroffizier

WW2  German Military Watch

caliber 463/A

Beautiful Classic

Beautiful and very desirable WWII Military Watch specified and ordered by German Government for Wehrmacht at Jaeger LeCoultre Manufacture. It's dated 1938-40 approx - it's a very early version with calibre no stamped on the bridge, rather than under the balance.

At the same time Jaeger LeCoultre was also supplying British MoD with watches used in combat (one of the Dirty Dozen) - they were used on both sides of the frontline.

The watch is in great condition considering its age and its history, the movement has been recently fully serviced and is keeping very good time (+17s/day)

The dial and hands are in great original condition, the case has been professionally restored by our watchmaker.
