Our Feedback is important to us so please give us the opportunity of putting a situation right before leaving negative feedback. We aim to ensure our buyers are happy and will do our best to put right any given situation within our control.
Where possible we are happy to combine postage charges on multiple items purchased.
Collection in person is available on all our items and is free from our
Retail & Trading Reception office in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire only.
Open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Payment via paypal is preferred prior to collection.
Please let us know when you will be collecting and we will get the items ready for you.
The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Service. We also use MyHermes for larger items sent within the uk and use a signed for service for higher value items. We do not send larger items overseas. Please contact us for prices if you require signed for or other forms of postage. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant customs fees etc.
Please note that all of our items are packaged by volunteers so we would appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in the dispatch of your item we do our best to provide an efficient professional service
