For sale today we have this Stunning Example of a William Moorcroft "Leaf and Blackberry" Pattern Vase. This rare form baluster vase is decorated to it's main body with a continuous band of large artistically realised Autumnal leaves that are interspersed with ripe and semi ripe blackberry fruits set against a graduating blue into green ground. Measures 11 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" in diameter. Impressed to the underside of the base with the W Moorcroft, Potter to HM the Queen marks along with William's full signature. Circa 1935.

 

A highly desirable, rare piece that is presented to the market in excellent condition- free from any chips, cracks or repair. There are some glaze pops from manufacture to be noted (please see pics). Any questions please ask. A stunning addition to any serious Moorcroft collection.
