While we are happy to do business with customers from any country, there are certain aspects of international transactions that require special consideration.

• We will not provide false information on United States Postal Service/UPS or FedEx customs forms.
• Please provide a local telephone number for the address label as required by the shipping companies.
• International delivery is often delayed by local Customs agencies and we have no way of inquiring about the status of your shipment through the US Postal System. International shipments made via USPS First Class Mail  cannot be insured).  We can track packages and inquire about customs delays more effectively with UPS or FedEx as the carrier (paypal accepted). A 3-6 week time frame for International shipments is not uncommon for US Postal packages. We will of course verify via email that your parcel has been shipped.
