Silver Seal Block Headgasket Repair Product "IT WORKS" Rover V8 Crack Sealer

We are offering a product we have been asked for "Silver Seal" Block sealer .Often referred to by customers as 'Black Magic', due to its appearance, Silver Seal Block Seal was developed in the USA to prevent leakage within the water jacket of cast iron or aluminium cylinder heads and cylinder blocks.

The sealant circulates through the engine cooling system , seeking out pinholes, porosity and/or cracks caused through age , frosting or overheating.

It can also be used following metal stitching or welding to ensure the integrity of the repair.

Repairs cracks and leaks in cast iron and Aluminium engine castings radiators etc

DIRECTIONS

1/ Drain and flush cooling system thoroughly NOTE:when draining additional flushing may be nessasary to remove all trace of Antifreeze it may be worth using a flush such as the gold Eagle of industrial strength Flush dependent on the severity of other contamination i.e. Oil,rust,corrosion etc

2/ Shake bottle well and mix with 5 litres of hot (not boiling) water.

3/ Pour into radiator or direct into engine let the solution circulate around the cooling system for approximately 4 hours or until cracks/leaks have stopped NOTE for combustion chamber cracks remove spark plug before starting engine to relieve pressure on crack

4/ Drain and flush cooling system then allow to Air dry for a minimum of 4 hours (preferably longer dependent on ambient temperature)

CAUTION  Do Not circulate through heater core and on smaller engines only use half the bottle
