    • Anonymous to others: Most of our items are Private Listing which allows you to remain anonymous to the others.

    • Discreet wrapping of your parcel: The item is sent in a discreet plain package. The contents and the name of our shop are not seen on the parcel. The content’s name will be ACCESSORY in the Customs Declaration label when the parcel goes to a Non-EU country.

    • No shop name or item name in your credit card statements.

    • No feedback for you if you do not want it. You can simply not leave any for us.

    Return and Refund

    For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used wigs.

    However, we shall happily exchange UNUSED wigs, which did not meet your expectation in colour or style. There is no additional postage charge the second posting. Any return must be sent back within 7 days of purchase.

    Your purchase is also an agreement with our return and refund policy.

  • Colour: Dark champagne blond with hint of platinum blond highlights and light chestnut brown streaks. The colour number shows as: 22T, 613 and 8

  • Length: Approximately 23in

  • With a natural looking skin parting

  • Size of the cap : Hair is sewn on an adjustable light-netting cap, which should fit an average size of a male or female head. The circumference is from 20.5 inches and can be stretched to 22.5 inches (52cm – 57cm).

  • Material: 100% genuine Heat Resistant Kanekalon Japanese fibre. Directly from KANEKA CORPORATION, Japan. No mix with other cheap fibres. Please see our Guide for First Time Wig Wearers to find out more information about Kanekalon fibre.

  • How to wear: Shake it and cap it on your head. Brush it into the style you like. No pins or tape are required. A wig cap is highly recommended

  • Condition: Brand new and in a bag. With tag and simple care and washing instructions.
