Payments for Ebay sales accepted via PayPal. Bank remittance to our desiganted bank account is also permitted.

All parts items will be shipped via FedEx or EMS unless otherwise specified by the buyer. All items will be shipped as a gift to save on customs duty into the destination country. All parts items sent will have an insurance value equal to the purchase price.

NEW ITEMS may be returned within fourteen days of arrival to the destination country. Please notify us immediately via telephone or mail if a NEW ITEM arrived is not functioning properly. We will send a replacement or follow insurance procedures to claim for losses. SECOND HAND ITEMS are all pre-tested in our workshop before listing on Ebay to ensure 100% operation. All sales for SECOND HAND ITEMS are final and as a general rule NO refunds allowed. Please note: In the case of returning a product for refund, all shipping and customs will be charged to the customer. A full refund on the value of the goods will be paid once the returned good/s arrive back to Japex Ltd.
