This is the Republic of Vietnam Wound Dress Mini Medal.

Issued by the Republic of Vietnam to personnel whom saw action & were wounded in the face of the enemy in a combat zone..Those that  were wounded on more than one occasion in this zone of war were also awarded the Honour Cross in varying degrees ie..1st or 2nd class.
