Payment Options: We both prefer and recommend payment by paypal but if this is not possible please telephone 01376 551 498 and we will gladly take your payment over the telephone or you can pay by cheque.
Shipping: We ship via courier on a 24hr service (except for highlands and islands which are 3-5 days) and tracking information is automatically sent to the email address of the buyer as our item ships. A contact telephone number for the delivery point is always helpful and we can instruct for the item to be left in a safe place if advised.
Returns: In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item just return it to us in UNUSED and saleable condition and we will provide a refund with no fuss. While outward postage costs are refunded the return postage cost is met by the buyer and not by ourselves.
