All coats of arms are fully researched and created from the blazon by our heraldic artists and engraved onto the dog tags by our experienced engraver. All crests are authentic and if no coat of arms is found for the requested name, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Disclaimer: Where there is more than one grant of arms for a particular name and unless otherwise instructed, we will use the coat of arms we consider most appropriate.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will refund the full purchase price (excluding p&p) within 30 days, please ensure all returns are returned unused and in their original packaging.

Postage
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however this may take up to the time stated in the estimated delivery time, please contact us if you require your items by a certain date, and we will do our best to meet all deadlines. Most items are mailed via 1st Class Royal Mail Postal Services or for larger items will may use a courier (this is normally Citylink or DHL. Items to other countries will be posted via Airmail. There are no tracking numbers with standard airmail. Combined Postage is available on most items, please contact us first for prices.
