We offer free economy delivery on all our products across the whole of the UK. Our economy service normally arrives within 2 - 3 working days.

We also offer a next working day delivery which can be selected as an upgrade.

We can ship products to almost any destination around the world and we can usually offer better international rates than those shown on our listings. Please contact us with your exact country and location and we will be happy to provide an accurate shipping cost.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:30 pm on the same working day (Monday - Thursday) and before 12 pm on a Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 Noon Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

If your parcel is too large to fit through your letter box, requires a signature or has been sent with a courier and you are not available to take a delivery a calling card will be left. This will provide further details on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your order from.

Please ensure you respond to calling cards within 5 days otherwise items may be returned to us and a re-sending fee will need to be charged.

We offer a 14 day fuss free returns period. if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please send it back to us unopened and in a resell-able condition for a refund.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we don't offer returns on food items which have been opened.

Items sent with free postage will be refunded in full. If there was a carriage charge on your order then the cost of delivery cannot be refunded.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an item. We always recommending sending returned items with a tracked and insured courier so you are covered for items which get lost or damaged during transit back to us.

If the item is being returned due to a seller error or product fault we will reimburse the cost of return postage also.
