We realize that, as a buyer, it is sometimes hard to purchase an item that you have not had the opportunity to personally inspect or try. That is why we do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item. We hope you will realize that, while offering a refund to you, the buyer, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as the seller as well.
It is expensive both in time and fees to list an item on eBay. We make a big effort to take good photos that are large and clear enough to see each item well, write accurate descriptions, and answer all reasonable email questions to the best of our abilities.
Our policy allows a buyer who is unhappy with an item to return it and receive a refund, and it also allows us as the seller reasonable compensation for the efforts in listing the item. Please refer to the return policy below.

We will accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange (including shipping) if we, as the seller, have shipped the incorrect product or if it is defective in any way. For your protection, please send the item back fully insured with a tracking number. Please email us with your tracking #. Buyer must contact us by email for an RMA number prior to return and notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. If an RMA number is not obtained, the item will not be accepted.
If an item is returned for any reason other than the above; a refund will be given, LESS SHIPPING, HANDLING and INSURANCE FEES. IF THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED FOR FREE THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED AMOUNT. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (Some items are exchange only).
