About my negative feedback =[
I got one on 11/22/13, and I really would like to share with you what had happen in a few words. I was away from 11/16/13-11/27/13; a buyer sent a message (said I sent the wrong size) while I was away with an automatic out of office reply on. Buyer left a negative feedback saying “never bothered to respond” even she got my out of office / store on vacation reply. Not to mention, she kept the item and got the refund with no evidence provided that the size was wrong. I am not here to argue who is right and who is wrong, but dear buyer, please do give me a chance to resolve the problem. To be honest, I love most of my buyers because most of you are very understanding. This is just one extreme case.
