All payments to made in GBP(£) preferably by Paypal.  Please also note: If paying by Echeque with Paypal, this process can and usually does take up to two weeks before we get cleared funds, as opposed to the stated 3-4 days that Paypal say!  All goods are shipped only upon receipt of cleared funds.

Wherever possible we aim to ship on the day of purchase, failing that, the day following for orders received after 16:00.  Please note that all orders received after 16:00 on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We trade as a shop our opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, all emails outside of this time will be answered the next working day. Collections of all items are welcome, please contact us before arriving so your purchase(s) can be ready for you.

All items are supplied with a 7 day DOA warranty and we will refund or replace after testing the returned items.
