If for any reason you need to return the item back to me please make sure our serial number security reference is still on the product.
This must not be removed from the product or tampered with in anyway.
As if doing so will void your warranty. All items have a 30 day warranty, unless otherwise stated in the advert.
All returns must obtain a returns number from me via email through the eBay messaging system.
items sent to me without a returns number will not be accepted.
Please send items via recorded delivery not special delivery as per the email i will send you this is to protect you as a customer.
All products returned will be tested.
Faulty items
Faulty items - A replacement will be sent if the product is in stock, if not a full refund will be issued, including return post costs unlike other sellers I don't think you should be out of pocket because of my mistake, a receipt from the post office will be required to be able to refund the return post cost.
If your item is tested and found to be working you as the buyer will be asked to pay for the postage cost for the item to be shipped back to you.
Not Wanted Items.
Not wanted items can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Please contact us via the Ebay messaging system.
Please use contact the seller from the item you have purchased and not
from other products that we are selling this way I can respond to you faster.
I will then send an email with all information and the address of how to send the item back to me. Please note this is only for buy it now items and not auction items. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please note that the DSR regulations do not apply to business to business transactions so the 14 day cooling of period would not apply to your transaction.
