Payment

We prefer PayPal - quick, immediate and secure.

We can accept payment by Credit/ Debit Card but unfortunately only by telephone. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card then please call 01629 822185 or +44 1629 824361 and one of our helpful staff will take your details. Please have with you your ebay user ID and valid Credit/Debit Card when you call.

We accept cheques and postal orders as payment. If you wish to pay by this method then please include your Ebay user ID. The cheque must also carry on the reverse, your address, telephone number and valid cheque guarantee card number. Please be advised that we will not despatch your goods for 5 working days from the date of reciept, to allow cheques and postal orders to clear.

Payment is required promptly. We cannot accept responsibility for cheques or postal orders lost or delayed in the post. Delayed payments will incur an "Unpaid Item Dispute" being raised against you!

Shipping

Courier/Shipping Service

For large and or bulky items over 2kgs and under 30kgs, we employ one of several courier/shipping companies.

Rates do vary depending on region/country and you can access the different areas by clicking the relevant button within the item listing.

For shipping to the Highlands of Scotland etc is significantly higher than else where in mainland England and you must refer to the relevant option to establish whether your area is included, usually done by postcode.

European shipping also varies considerably from country to country. Please click on the "European" button within the item listing and refer to the colour coded map and key for the correct shipping costs to your country.

For large multiple consignments upto 30kgs, the same rules above apply. For anything over this limit you will be advised even if you have already paid for your items we will advise you that you have gone over the 30kg limit and there will be further charges that would have to be met before the despatch of goods.

General Terms & Conditions
1. General

These conditions prevail over any conditions which the purchaser's order may purport to impose and which are at variance with the same. No modification of these conditions shall be binding on the company (DLS UK Ltd) unless specifically accepted in writing by the company (DLS UK Ltd). We cannot accept any claims for errors in our catalogue/website which may have been made inadvertently. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. This price list supersedes and replaces any other price list issued.

2. Prices

The company (DLS UK Ltd) reserves the right to vary the quoted price, and goods will be invoiced to the purchaser at the prices ruling at the date of dispatched unless otherwise agreed by this company in writing. Ex works packaging and carriage charges will be extra.

3. Delivery Overseas Delivery

Overseas will only be dispatched upon receipt of (i) a Bankers Draft (ii) an irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit or (iii) as otherwise agreed by this company (DLS UK Ltd).

4. Delivery Dates

Whilst this company (DLS UK Ltd) will do its utmost to keep to its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. This company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of this company shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel an order or to refuse to accept delivery.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be sent to the Company in writing within seven working days of estimated delivery. The Companys liability for loss or damage in transit shall be limited to the amounts, if any, recovered from the shippers and insurers less any costs of this Company has suffered in connection with a claim.

6. Guarantee

The Company will replace or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective if the Company is satisfied that such defects arose sole through faulty material or workmanship, and such goods are returned carriage paid immediately upon discovery of the fault, in and in any event not later than 6 months from the date of despatch. The Company shall in no circumstances be liable for any consequential loss or damage.

7. Descriptions

Every effort is made by the Company to ensure that its products are accurately described and are fit for the purposes and applications stated in the Company's catalogues and website, but the Company gives no warranty to this effect and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from errors or incorrect descriptions in catalogues. Manufactures` part numbers are used for identification only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

8. Exclusions of Liability

These conditions are in substitution foe and exclude all and any express and implied statutory rights or other warranties, guarantees, representations, conditions and liabilities.

9. Acceptance of order

Quotations do not constitute an offer by the Company to supply the goods, and no orders shall be binding unless accepted by the Company in writing.

10. Ownership

The goods shall remain the property of DLS (UK) Ltd until payment is received for all account sales, and the Company shall have the right at any time to enter on the purchasers premises to repossess the goods.

Returns

Warranty

All new parts and accessories purchaced through ebay come with a 12 month warranty. DLS will not be liable for lost or damaged items on return or labour costs.

Goods found to have failed in service within the warranty period should be returned along with a covering letter describing the fault and a copy of the original invoice. Items may then be sent back our supplier who with then undertake tests to confirm the fault. If after this time a genuine fault has been confirmed then we will issue either a replacement of a refund for the cost of the goods*(*return postage is the responsibilty of the buyer) DLS (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings or incurred labour charges as a result of any warranty claim.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced on receipt of the item with DLS (UK) Ltd only if accompanied by a valid invoice and in its original packaging. Goods must be returned within 14 days. Refunds will only take place once we have confirmation from the manufacturer that a fault was found. Postage/shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the buyer and only the cost of the item will be refunded. If a replacement is accepted then postage/shipping of the replacement will be the responsibility of DLS (UK) Ltd

Goods wrongly supplied or purchased through incorrect listing will be replaced or a refund offered upon receipt of the the goods with DLS (UK) Ltd, if the goods are returned within 14 working days and are accompanied by a valid invoice.

Goods no longer required should be returned within 14 working days and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover return postage. You also incur a 15% re-stocking/handling charge.

DLS (UK) Ltd can take no responsibility for any goods returned that may be lost in the post, but your post office receipt would be proof enough that the item was indeed sent, so there should be no need for expensive or recorded or special deliveries. Please make sure you retain the post office receipt, without it we will not refund postage!
MULTIPLE PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase more than one item please use the "Buy It Now". We can only combine the shipping/postage if you use this method. Purchasing your items through the "Shopping Basket" we cannot edit your invoice. You will have to pay the full total! But we do refund you any over-payment of the shipping/postage fees! Once we have been able to combine any shipping/postage, you will receive a new invoice which then prompts you to pay!
