Is this a real Apple ipod or a fake copy?
We only sell authentic Apple products, All of our units come with serial #s that can be verified by apple's support page.
What is your source and what should I expect?
This unit is a retail store display and may show marks, scratches, or other abnormalities. Unit does not come with the original clear plastic box and may include an open box USB cable.
Does it come with a user's guide or warranty papers?
We like to encourage customers to obtain the users manual from the apple support page directly. The warranty is based on the serial # stamped on the back of the unit and can be verified on apple's support page.
International customers:- I got the ipod and I had to pay the postman money to get my product, did you ship the item COD?
The fees collected by the carrier service is more then likely Taxes or customs fees imposed by your government, it is unfortunate but we have no control over this.
NOTE:- It is an Federal offence to Lower commodity values on International packages in an attempt to Avoid Customs fees. All bidders with such requests will be reported to eBay trust and safety.
How long does the battery last on this iPod?
Due to the high volume of units we sell, we don't test or guarantee battery life. Should your unit need a battery, replacements are available for less then $10 on ebay.
What is your return policy:
We guarantee all our items against defects not listed in the auction and only such item is covered by our return policy. For any such items, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of item delivery. If you aren't sure about anything, please ask questions. We respond fairly quickly. We generally do not accept returns for refunds, so please make sure to read the auction details.
