Our Shipping team puts your item thru this 10 point inspection. We check:
1. The name of the customer
2. The address provided by pay pal
3. The style name of the shoe

8. The bottom of the shoe
9. The eyelets of the shoe
10. The laces of the shoe
If we find any blemishes or defects in this final inspection, we will contact the buyer to see if they still want the shoes. Then the shoes are carefully packed and ready to ship.
RETURNS
We will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of buyer receiving purchase. Item(s) must be in its original, unused condition. Items that are blemished, or used will not be refunded. Please do not tape or write on original box. Items shipped back without original box, or box taped or written on will be charged a $5.00 fee to replace the box. Please ship item back in original box with protective covering such as a plastic bag or another box.
Regretfully there are time that we make an error, in the event that this happens, please notify us immediately via message through eBay and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible. We will also reimburse the return shipping cost for UPS ground or USPS Priority. We will not reimburse for any other return services.
If an item is returned because of a buyer error such as an incorrect size ordered, dislike of fit, color or style, we will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $10.00 whichever is less.
We would also ask that you contact us before opening any dispute cases with eBay or PayPal. Doing so slows down the resolution process and PayPal may require that the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
