We will ship within 3 business days of payment. We will combine shipping on multiple orders. If you are ordering multiple items, please wait until we send you the invoice before paying. If you pay before we send an invoice, we cannot give a refund. We cannot offer combined shipping on shoe orders.
Where possible, you will have a delivery confirmation number available to you after your item(s) have shipped.
All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. We are not responsible for any tariffs, delays or additional costs due to customs rules and regulations.

If for any reason you wish to exchange your order, please let us know. Just email us within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept any returns without this number. All returns must then be received within 7 days in the same condition as originally shipped including any and all tags. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise advised.
