Items advertised as tested/working and are DOA we shall either refund or exchange the item once it has been returned to us within 14 days of your receipt. The buyer is to cover the cost of any return postage, item must be still sealed and unopened or a 25% Restocking fee is applicable.
All return postage to be bourne by buyer.
In the unlikely event the item goes missing 15 working days need to pass before we are able to file a claim with royal mail
we will then refund once RM have refunded us.
