ITEM DESCRIPTION: New condition.

CONDITIONS: Payment must be made within thee (3) days from auction end via credit/debit card or PayPal. We have made every attempt to give an accurate description of this item. If there is a known defect with an item it will be stated in the above description. We will allow fourteen (14) days from receipt of item for a refund or exchange. Item must be returned to us prior to a refund or exchange. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer unless the return is a result of our oversight. We will not assist with a disputed item if you have left us a negative or neutral feedback prior to contacting us. Please allow us the courtesy of a resolution prior to leaving feedback.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping on multiple items when possible. Combined shipping must be requested prior to payment. Failure to request an invoice may result in orders not being combined and shipping separately. Please complete the following steps: 1. Buy products, but do not yet pay. 2. Request an invoice. 3. Make payment after you receive the updated invoice.

OFFERS: We will consider offers on any item we sell within the following guidelines. If the item is a currently running auction, we will add a "buy it now" option, or lower the price if it is a 30 day auction. This will be done on a first come first serve basis with the price change available to all on eBay. It is possible someone else may win the item if they complete the transaction before you. We will not hold items for your online consideration. We will not except offers once a bid has been placed, or with less than 24 hours remaining on an auction. Please do not make unreasonable offers, for example, an item is listed at $50 and you offer 5 cents. This is a waste of both parties time.

INTERNATIONAL CONDITIONS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping and handling. Do not ask us to forge customs documentation.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE (COSTS ARE QUOTED IN THE AD): Please pay this flat rate shipping amount. Any additional amount over the shipping cost is to cover the expense of shipping supplies assuring your item arrives in good condition. We have attempted to reach an average cost for items worldwide rather than quote individual nations. In rare instances this postage may be excessive, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE (COSTS ARE NOT QUOTED IN THE AD): Please insure that the item in question is available for international shipping. Not all items listed are we willing to ship overseas, usually due to excessive weight. In general, we charge $5 USD over actual shipping costs to cover the expense of shipping supplies assuring your item arrives in good condition. We use the USPS calculator located on their website, and do not quote international shipping until after auction close.
