UK Customers
Items are usually dispatched on the same day that we receive your payment unless it is a public or bank holiday when the Post Office will be closed.
To comply with the new eBay policy relating to postage rates for business sellers we are now offering FREE second class postage and packing for all UK customers. This applies to both auction and fix price listings. Sadly offering this low cost service has already resulted in financial losses being made on many lower value items therefore to avoid these unsustainable losses we kindly ask UK customers to purchase and combine a few items so that it is worth our while in terms of time and effort.
If possible we suggest a minimum combined order value of £5.00 for UK customers. Also, if you are making multiple low cost purchases please do not pay for them individually as this increases our admin costs e.g. the need to printi an individual invoice for every item purchased. This will also save the 20p admin fee being incurred on each individual Paypal transaction. We will send you one combined invoice when you are finished buying.
We normally allow up to 21 days from the date of your first purchase to combine lots (subject to email confirmation) or up to 40 lots maximum on a single invoice. Payment should be made on which ever situation comes first.
Europe and Worldwide Customers
We always combine multiple purchases to ensure you get the most cost effective postage rate for your Country. All you have to do is email us when you have finished bidding and we will send you a combined invoice with adjusted postage and packing by return.
We normally allow up to 21 days from the date of your first purchase to combine lots (subject to email confirmation) or up to 40 lots maximum on a single invoice. Payment should be made on which ever situation comes first - it's that simple!
Note: The final postage and packing amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual size and weight of the package plus a small amount usually no more than £1 or £2 to provide insurance cover in the event that a package is lost or damage during transit.
