We are a family business based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We have been retailing footwear and accessories since 1987,we have a large and well stocked shop trading as Quinn's Footwear at 25 High St. Daventry NN11 4BG (01327 872033). Payments

Payment can be made by PayPal or if you prefer you can phone our shop on 01327 8777466 to make a credit/debit card payment.


Payment for item(s) won should be made through PayPal or to our shop within 7 days of purchase. All items must still be paid for within 7 days. If no payment is made within 7 days of the purchase, then an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you have any payment problems please inform us.

Shipping

Postage:
Items are posted within 1 working day (or the same day if purchased before 3.15pm- Monday to Friday) on receipt of order and cleared payment. Orders placed after 3.15pm on Friday will be posted on Monday. Goods are normally posted on a Royal Mail 48 Hr Tracked Service or Royal Mail 1st Class (Depending on the item). If you are concerned that the goods have not been delivered please contact us. If you require a quicker service please select the Next Day Delivery Service which is available on all listings.

Tracking Number:
- You should automatically receive tracking/delivery information via email/SMS (if you have given us your details) however, if you do not, please Message us to request your Tracking Number.

UK Delivery:

- Standard Delivery - will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service or Royal Mail 1st Class

- Tracked 24 Courier/Express Delivery - we use Royal Mail 24 Hr Tracked Service (Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery Next Day for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland).

International:

-International Standard postage - all items are sent via DPD on a fully tracked service (2-5 days for the EU, and 4-9 days for the Rest of the World).

-Express international Postage - items are sent via DPD on a fully tracked service (1-2 Days for the EU)

*Postage to Greece, Gibraltar, Belarus, Cyprus, Monaco, Ukraine, Malta, San Marino, Switzerland, Norway, Finland & Iceland will be sent via Royal Mail International Postage (5-10 days) on a Signed or Tracked service, depending on the item and destination.
