PAYMENT - 

Buyers have 24 hours to make payment for their purchases.

Items not paid for within 24 hours may be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert may be filed with eBay.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Bank Wire transfer or Bank Check.


SHIPPING POLICY

Smaller items will typically be shipped via UPS Ground, while larger items will be shipped through our network of interstate common carriers. We do not ship to PO boxes; and we require a signature for delivery release.

Please note, items shipped via common carrier will require the buyer to define the method of delivery: curbside or inside delivery; have a dock or require a lift-gate; and note* Shipping cost varies depending on your location.

Please use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the listing to see what your ESTIMATED shipping cost would be based upon the method that you choose. CALL US FOR AN ACTUAL FREIGHT QUOTE TO YOUR DELIVERY DESTINATION. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as shipping days.


We will email you a Shipping Carrier tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track your order as it is in-transit from us to you. To combine shipping costs for multiple purchases, simply buy the products that you want, notify us that you purchased more than one item, and we will setup a single shipment. Shipping more than one item usually results in a smaller percentage cost increase to your overall shipping cost depending on weight and destination. All used equipment will be wrapped in protective wrap and secured for shipping unless other arrangements are made (packing fees for this service will only be charged if explicitly stated in the individual listing/auction, otherwise no extra fees apply). We will be happy to help arrange crating and additional packaging (fees apply).

 

International buyers will be responsible for all customs, duties and fees required in their country.


DAMAGE

Despite our best efforts to the contrary, items will occasionally be damaged in transit. We insure each shipment and the buyer can purchase additional insurance. We will gladly work with you to ensure that shipping damage situations are resolved promptly . Typical remedies include a replacement unit or parts, a full or partial refund, or a damage allowance.

 

To ensure fairness for all involved parties we ask that you carefully open and inspect each package for both internal and external damage prior to accepting the delivery. If any damage is found we ask that you refuse the delivery, noting the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 48 hours (Excluding holidays and weekends). If delivery is refused we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If damage is discovered after the items have been signed for as being in good order our options will be greatly limited, so again, we ask that you inspect each and every package prior to accepting delivery. Our ability to resolve the issue is directly related to when the damage was noticed, so PLEASE inspect each item prior to signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damage, take photos of damage and packaging


SALES TAX

Items being picked up at our retail location or shipped inside the State of Florida are subject to the Florida Sales Tax rate of 7.0%.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Each buyer will be sent an e-mail asking them to verify their shipping address. We will not ship your item until you have responded to our e-mail and provided us with the phone number + Contact Name at which you would like the freight company to contact you to schedule delivery.


RETURNS

100% Money-Back Returns are accepted under the stated items terms if Seller is notified within 14-days of Buyer receiving purchase.
