Shipping
We offer Free UK Shipping on everything we sell by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If you need your item faster, there is the option of upgrading to Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours or next working day courier delivery for a small additional charge although you should note that our courier comes at 2pm each day, so orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. We use Interlink express couriers to deliver our parcels and If you've included a contact mobile number with your order, Interlink will text you an approximate delivery time for your item.

Returns
We offer a 30 day returns period. Just call us on 01335 344544 (or email via ebay) and we'll give you a returns Authorisation number. Send the item back and we will refund promptly. After the initial 30 day grace period, all of our products come with at least 12 months warranty (except for graded items where the warranty will be specified on the listing). Should you have a problem during this period, please contact us and we will repair or replace the item.
