Your item will be dispatched, within 2 business days of receipt of your payment as promised (Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays NOT included). It will then be in the hands of the Courier/Royal Mail, who say the item should be with you within 7 days if you live in the UK or 10 - 14 days if you live in Europe or up to 30 days if you live outside of Europe. If it has not reached you in this time please contact me and I will try to resolve the matter.
Please bear in mind it is dispatch time and not delivery time you are marking us on. We do our best to offer you a 5 star service if you feel for any reason you have not received this, then please contact us prior to leaving feedback so we can resolve the matter.
