All 48 pcs are included. These are cute puzzles. Each piece has a shape on the back per puzzle to help your toddler know which pieces belong to which construction vehicle. Each puzzle has 12 pieces. It has been used but in is excellent condition other than a small tear at the corner of label and creasing on the other side.
