Postal Orders
Please make payable to Knockout Gifts and have issued "uncrossed". Your order will be dispatched the same day a postal order is received.
 
Cheques
Please make payable to "Knockout Gifts". Please allow up to 10 days for cheque payments to be presented to and cleared by our bank. Cheques must be issued in UK pounds sterling.
 
Bank Transfer
Please request our banking information through ebay messages if you wish to make a bank transfer to pay for your order. Overseas buyers, please request IBAN. We request that all payments are made in UK pounds sterling.

All goods are shipped from our UK premises. We guarantee no customs charges to our UK customers. Overseas customers, please check the rules within your own country or state.
 
We currently use the services offered by Royal Mail, TNT, Hermes and Yodel. All our Royal Mail deliveries are fully prepaid, so you'll never get a parcel with "short postage charges" from us.
 
Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Friday at 3pm, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

When will my parcel be delivered?
For items shipped by Royal Mail, delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from being dispatched for 1st class (Royal Mail 24) and 2 to 4 working days for 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48).
 
We also use several different courier services, depending on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. If your goods have been shipped by courier, you will receive tracking details and regular delivery updates to the email address you have registered with ebay.

Can I have the parcel delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can change the delivery address during the Paypal payment process. If you have already completed the payment and want to change the address, for your security, we will refund your payment and ask that you make payment again using the correct address.
 
My parcel has not been delivered and the estimated delivery date has passed, what should I do?
Whilst the vast majority or our parcels are delivered quickly and safely, there are sometimes delays.
 
If your delivery is due from Royal Mail, please check with your neighbours to see if they have taken in the parcel, then check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office (not the Post Office) to see if they have an undelivered parcel for you. They do not always leave a "while you were out" card. Sometimes the card is left but can blow away or become lost, we've even heard of them falling into a wellington boot and being discovered weeks later.
 
If your delivery was sent by courier, please use the tracking number sent to you by email to check the progress of your delivery. If there's a problem, please get in touch with us direct and we will resolve with the courier.
