These discs and knife fit virtually all size #8 meat grinders.  The discs measure 2 3/8" (61.8mm) diameter.  1/4" (6mm) thick.  Center hole 3/8" (9.4mm).  Knife measures 2 1/4" tip-to-tip.  3/8" thick.  3/8" square hole.
