Do you offer Combined Postage?

Yes, I'm happy offer combined shipping rates on our listings, unless otherwise stated.

What if I have a Problem with my Purchase? 

If you have a problem with any of my products, please don't just leave negative feedback!! I always aim to resolve any issues to my customer's full satisfaction so please email me and I'll endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my Purchase?

I aim to dispatch via Royal Mail all items within 24 hours of payment clearance, no one likes a wait! Should your purchase not arrive within a couple of days then please contact me - please note we're all in the hands of the Royal Mail.

What are your Terms? 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - If you are not happy with your purchase the I'm happy to offer a full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping), provided the item is returned to me with in 7 days of of when it was received - providing it's unopened and unused.
