FAQ:

1) How soon will my item be despatched:

EMBROIDERED ITEMS... We will endeavour to despatch the same day for orders received before 3pm.

NON EMBROIDERED ITEMS.. We will endeavour to despatch the same day for orders received before 4pm

·        If ordered over the weekend, this will be despatched on Monday

2) Leaving details for embroidery, such as a the name, embroidery font you would like embroidered;

At checkout, next to our name “TowelsAreUs”, you will see an envelope and then “Add message”, if you click on this a box will open up, please leave your requirements herewith and click “Add message”

3) Postage & Shipping

Most of our items offer FREE delivery

Goods will be despatched either by 1st Class Royal Mail or our courier, UK Mail (24hr working day service) - depending on the size/weight of the order

4) Payment

Can be made via Paypal - please follow the instructions on ebay.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

5) Returns

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us first.  We fully understand our customers’ needs and will try our best to meet them.  All our items are of top quality, which is why we accept any returns (apart from those that have been personalised) that have been purchased within the last 7 days and still in original packaging.  However, the refund will be less the carriage charge (which we incur on all items)

For Personalised / Embroidered goods, as they have been made specially, these unfortunately cannot be returned.

6) Washing; Our Towels, Bath Robes & Bath Mats can be washed at 40’c.. even embroidered goods as the thread we use is colourfast.
