By bidding on my auction, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- NEW BIDDERS: Bidders with less than 5 positive feedbacks MUST contact me prior to bidding. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your bid.
- INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Combined wins will receive discounted combined shipping. Shipping times may vary based upon the destination country. DO NOT ask me to state a lower value on the item than what is accurate. If there is an issue with the item, insurance will only cover the value claimed on the customs form.
- Statues, busts or any other item that is in closed-box packaging - I do NOT open these items for inspection prior to shipping unless SPECIFICALLY requested by the winning bidder. Some people want to receive their items sealed. If you do not request that the item be inspected, I will not be responsible for the condition of the contents.
- E-MAIL RESPONSE TIME: I typically respond to e-mails within 24-48 hours, however, it may take longer on weekends.
- PICTURES POSTED WITH AUCTION: I occasionally post pictures that are used by distributors for initial solicitation of the item. Sometimes, the final product may differ slightly from the picture. If the picture used shows the item in package, it is one I have taken myself.

Payment

- Payment must be received within 4 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 4 days, a non-paying bidder case will be opened automatically.
- PayPal - PLEASE NOTE: I will ONLY ship to the "Ship To" address provided on the PayPal statement. IF YOU NEED TO SHIP THE ITEM TO ANOTHER PERSON, PLEASE USE THE "Add Address" FUNCTION AND SELECT "Gift Address".
- PLEASE Winners of multiple auctions need to make a single payment for all auctions. Contact me for a combined shipping invoice and PLEASE WAIT for your invoice.

Shipping

- All items purchased within the same calendar week (Sunday through Saturday) are eligible to shipped together.
- Additional items shipped together are done so with no additional handling charges.
