Video disc is Brand New. We had to list it as Like New in the Items Specifics Section due to eBay will not let us upload the old UPC codes these video discs have because of their age. Disc still has the clear plastic shrinkwrap on it, but there are places on the sides and corners where the shrink wrap has split at the seams. There may also be places where the paper on the inside has bubbled up some. We believe these imperfections to the shrinkwrap plastic and the inner paper are due to age.
