If you are unsure of your size it is best to measure your chest size:

Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest.

To confirm your chest size, measure your waist or the waistband of a comfortable, well fitting pair of trousers or jeans and add 6 inches. eg. If you are a 30" waist usually your chest size will be about 36", or if you are a 32" waist, your chest size will be about 38", etc.

We currently accept the following methods of payment:

Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction end or 'Buy It Now'. If you have any problems paying or there may be a delay, please contact us.

Payment must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Please ensure you complete the checkout confirmation through eBay in order to notify us of your chosen method of payment.

To pay by Paypal:

Payment via paypal must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction or 'Buy It Now'. If you have any problems or if there will be a delay, please contact us to let us know.

Please note, if you pay via a Paypal e-cheque (as opposed to the usual instant Paypal payment), it will usually take between 7 and 10 working days to clear. We will ship your item after the payment has cleared. An e-cheque is usually used if you don't have a current valid credit or debit card on file in your Paypal account. You can avoid paying via an e-cheque and having to wait by ensuring your Paypal account's card information is up to date.

Please have your credit or debit card ready and the eBay item number of the item you are paying for. Orders can only be shipped to the address matching the credit/debit card. Rubba Sole does not keep any payment details on file. Payments over the phone are secure and confidential. A receipt of your payment will be attached to your invoice and will be despatched along with your order.


Items are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery rates are displayed clearly in each item description.

UK Delivery:

UK Delivery is either via Royal Mail Tracked or Next Day Courier.

* Next Working Day Delivery is available for additional charge and is for Mainland UK only, excluding central London, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Delivery to AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44 - 56 and IV30 - 32 will be 2 day delivery only. However, if you live in one of these areas and require a fast delivery please contact us, as we may be able to arrange express delivery for additional charge.

Delivery via 24 hour courier to UK Mainland (excluding the aformentioned areas), will be next working days only: Monday - Friday excluding National Holidays and when our shop Holiday settings are on. (Please check our ebay Shop for more information)

Next Day Delivery is the time from despatch. Despatch of orders is usually within 24 - 48 hours, but please allow up to 28 days from ordering for order compleation. If you have an urgent order please contact us prior to ordering on 0845 604 6662 or via ebay messages, so we can advise you of despatch times.

All items, excluding pin badges and other inexpensive items will require a signature upon receipt. Delivery in the UK is usually between 2 - 4 working days via Royal Mail or Next working day via courier.

Unfortunately, as we are not a retail shop, there is no pick up available.

International Delivery:

International Delivery is via Royal Mail International Signed For (excluding pin badges and other inexpensive accessories). Items will require a signature upon receipt.

Postage will be combined wherever possible on international orders. Please contact us for rates, stating which items you are interested in buying and where you would want it to be shipped. Please note, some of our items are too heavy to be elligible for combined postage on international shipping. Please contact us for details.
