Q: Are these real jerseys?
A: Yes, all our jerseys come from Reebok Canada.
Q: Do your jerseys have a fight strap?
A: They do not have a fight strap because they are the RBK Premier Jerseys, not the RBK Edge Authentic Jerseys. Unless you're very lucky you won't find a customized jersey with a fight strap for less than $250. They retail for $400 on NHL Shop so be very careful buying those on Ebay. The RBK Premier Jerseys, the ones we sell, are the ones you will find most of the time at Official team shops and that retail for roughly $230 with customization.
Q: Why does it take a few weeks to receive my jersey?
A: All our jerseys are customized on order so it can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your jersey depending on the time of year. We try to keep our delays at around 7-8 business days most of the time.
Q: Are the name and number sewn on?
A: Yes they are. All the layers are sewn together and then sewn to the jersey so you will not have a "fake stitch mark" like you might see on jerseys ordered from NHL Shop or other retailers.
Q: Can I get my own name and number sewn on the back?
A: Yes you can. We will be able to add any name and number as long as there is no profanity or implied profanity. If you would like to have your own name and number, the easiest way to order is to purchase any of our customized jerseys and send us a message immediately after you make your purchase giving us the details for the customization.
Q: What size jersey should I get?
A: We highly recommend that you take a look at our size chart based on your approximate height and weight: http://www.sportsjerseyscanada.ca/en/nhl-jerseys-size-chart.html. We developed this chart based on measurements from various employees, friends and families and it is generally quite accurate. It does not guarantee that you will get the best fit because human beings come in different shapes even if they're the same height and weight.
Q: The size I'm looking for is not written in the item name, is it possible that you have it in stock?
A: Yes it is! We can only update our auction information once a month and we have new stock coming in every week. The best way to find out if we have it in stock is to contact us. The opposite is also possible and if you do order a jersey that we do not have in stock we will usually contact you within a few hours.
