You will be buying a c1948 The Mascot Sterling Silver Pencil Made By E.B.E (Baker & Son,) in Very Good to Excellent Cosmetic Condition.

Both the sterling silver barrel and cap are in very good to excellent condition, the machined pattern is in excellent condition, shown more clearly in pictures 1-4. 

There are no dents present. 

There is one personal engraving on the cartouche displayed in picture 2 which, reads "S.H.W"

There is 1 hallmark present illustrated in picture 3.

Around the top of the cap the words "The Mascot Reg Made In England," shown in pictures 4 & 5.

The pocket clip is in very good condition, it sits straight and firm to the cap as it should.

The end trims are displayed in picture 6 & 7 and are in very good condition. 

This pencil has some lead in the barrel but for some reason it won't dispense although it appears that the mechanism is working as it should, there is q spare lead inside the pencil, illustrated in picture 7.
