We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location.
For our UK customers, returning your item is FREE and easy! You will receive a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label in your parcel. Simply stick this to your parcel and take it to your Post Office. For our International customers, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt.
